摘要
大型仪器设备是高校建设世界一流学科的重要基础条件,如何提高大型仪器设备的使用效率和投资效益是高校设备管理的重要内容。广西大学从大型仪器实验平台优化整合、智能化开放共享平台、实验技术队伍建设、岗位设置与管理、考核制度等方面对大型仪器设备开放共享为世界一流学科建设服务进行改革与实践。针对当前大型仪器设备使用和管理中存在的不足,结合学校实际情况,从提高实验人员技术水平、完善考评机制、共享平台硬件升级三方面提出对策,以期为高校发展和社会需求服务。
Large-scale instruments are the important material basis for university building world-class discipline.How to improve the utility rate and investment benefit of large-scale equipment has become an important content of equipment management.To provide better service for the world first-class discipline construction,the reform and practice of management of large-scale instruments have been made in several aspects in Guangxi University,i.e.,optimization of large-scale instrument experimental platform,construction of intelligent management platform of opening and sharing for instruments,construction of laboratory technician team,position setting and management,examining and assessment system.With regard to the current problems in the use and management of large-scale instruments,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from improving the operational level of technical personnel,perfecting evaluation system and upgrading hardware of platform of opening and sharing,to serve the development of universities and social needs.
