摘要
在城市双修的大背景下,为弥补老旧社区的功能短板,实现人行优先,提升居民生活幸福感,以上海曹杨新村为例,运用层次分析法,从空间舒适度、界面舒适度和设施舒适度3个维度,以宏观与微观2个视角,综合应用田野调查、Rhinoceros/Grasshopper软件测算、街景语义切分等多种数据收集和处理手段,对社区内20条道路所组成的步行网络的舒适度进行综合评价。研究表明,上海曹杨新村社区的整体步行舒适度处于中等水平,缺乏步行舒适的路段,设施舒适度较差,亟待优化和更新。
Under the background of city betterment and ecological restoration,to make up for the shortcomings of old communities,achieve pedestrian priority and enhance the happiness of residents,Shanghai Caoyang New Village is taken as an example to evaluate the walking comfort of its pedestrian network,consisting of 20 community roads in total.According to the AHP method,the systematic assessment system is divided into three levels:space comfort,interface comfort and facility comfort,from a macro-micro perspective.Additionally,it uses multiple methods of data collecting and processing,such as field survey,Rhinoceros/Grasshopper and semantic segmentation of street scenes,etc.The result shows that the overall walking comfort of Shanghai Caoyang New Village is at a medium level,lacking road sections of high-quality walking comfort,and the facilities need to be updated and optimized.
