基于某款电动车副仪表板的轻量化设计 被引量:4

摘要 随着能源短缺、环境破坏等社会问题的日益突显,汽车轻量化已成为汽车社会可持续发展的重要举措之一,尤其是在新能源汽车日益成为汽车发展的重要发展方向的大背景下,汽车的轻量化设计对汽车的节能降耗、性能提升以及降低制造成本上有着积极的推动作用。本文基于某款电动车的副仪表板系统,通过结构设计弱化以及零件集成的方法对该款车型的副仪表板系统进行轻量化优化,优化完成后通过CAE仿真技术来验证本次轻量设计的可行性,并最终实现了该款车型的副仪表板轻量化。 With the energy shortage,environmental damage and other social problems have increased prominent,automobile lightweight has become one of the important measures for the sustainable development of automobile society,especially in the new energy vehicle has increasingly become an important development direction of automotive development under the background,The lightweight design of automobile plays a positive role in promoting the energy saving and consumption reduction,performance improvement and manufacturing cost reduction,.This paper is based on a sub-console system of an electric vehicle,Through the method of structural design weakening and parts integration,the lightweight optimization of the sub-console system of this model is carried out,After the optimization,CAE simulation technology was used to verify the feasibility of the lightweight design,and finally realized the lightweight of the sub-console of this model.
