摘要 高素质的人才队伍是实现党的十九大提出的加快推进"两个一百年"奋斗目标的重要保障。要在实践中加强改进选人用人工件,必须准确理解把握习近平选人用人观。以"历史传承、实践探索、创新构建"为逻辑理路,深入探知其历史渊源,梳理其历史脉络,勾画其历史图景。从选贤任能的导向、五湖四海的原则、德才兼备的标准、政治素质过硬的旨归等方面阐明其丰富内涵。习近平选人用人观的价值导向体现在干部的选拔任用、教育培训和管理监督等方面的具体实践中。 The high-quality talent team is an important guarantee for realizing the "two 100 goals" set at the 19 th CPC natinal congress.To strengthen and improve the selection and appointment work in practice,we must understand and grasp exactly Xi Jinping’s view on selection and appointment talents.Take "historical inheritance,practice exploration,in novation construction", as a logical rationale, lucubrates its historical origins, and then analyzes its historical context, sketching its historical prospect. It expounds its rich connotation from the guidance of selecting talents and aptitudes, the principle of five lakes and all seas, the standards of both morals and talents, and the purpose of strong political quality.The vale orientation of Xi Jinping’s view on Personnel Election is refected in the standards of the selection and employment of public servants, educational training, and management supervision.
