摘要
为探究黄果茄果实中挥发性物质的具体成分及相对含量,了解其成分的功效及用途,实现黄果茄果实的开发利用。对黄果茄果实中的未知挥发性物质,采用顶空固相微萃取技术与气相色谱-质谱检测结合的方法进行检测分析。黄果茄果实中共鉴定出22种挥发性物质,醇类化合物有2种、醛类化合物2种、酮类化合物3种、酯类化合物10种、4种烷烃类和其他化合物。从相对含量方面上看,醛类和脂类化合物是黄果茄果实中主要的挥发性物质组成,是黄果茄果实提取物中主要的呈味物质。黄果茄挥发性物质中成分的大部分主要作为香料使用,应用于食品、日化、医药,少部分还可用作杀虫剂灭菌剂,以及化工溶剂、润滑剂等。
Objective:to explore the specific composition and relative content of the volatile species in Solanum xanthocarpum,understand the use of its effective components,and realize the development and utilization of Solanum xanthocarpum.Methods:in this experiment,The volatile species in Solanum xanthocarpum were detected by HS-SPME-GC-MS.Results:22 kinds of volatile species were identified and they were consists of 2 alcohols,2 aldehydes,3 ketones,10 esters,4 ketones and other compounds.In terms of relative content,aldehydes and lipids are the main volatile components and the main flavoring substances in Solanum xanthocarpum.Conclusion:the results show that the main volatile species are mainly used as perfume,which can be used in food,daily chemical,medicine,insecticide,storyland,chemical solvents,and lubricants and so on.
