摘要
钳牙是铁钻工完成上卸扣作业的关键部件之一,其工况条件恶劣,要求其材料强度高,使用寿命长。钳牙在制造时加工精度高、难度大,且缺乏精密的检测手段。针对上述难题,文中从钳牙材质的选择着手,通过对钳牙机械加工方法及热处理方法的分析,形成了一套钳牙的制造工艺,经过试验及现场应用验证,整体性能优良。
Tong teeth are one of the key components for ironing roughneck to complete fasting and unfastening operations.Its harsh working conditions require high material strength and long life. Tong teeth have high precision and difficulty in manufacturing, and lack precise detection methods. Aiming at the above problems, this paper selects tong teeth material,analyzes the tong teeth machining method and heat treatment method, and forms a set of tong teeth manufacturing process.Testing and field application verification prove that the overall performance is excellent.
