摘要
在各级各类档案机构改革的新形势、新背景下,以新时代国家档案事业发展为切入点,研讨高校档案管理体制如何适应新要求,通过怎样的变革和创新,才能有效融入国家综合档案管理体系。进而在充分发挥高校档案和档案工作功能的基础上,更好地为高校健康发展提供坚强的档案信息资源支撑和保障。
Based on the current new situation and new background of reform of archives institutions at all levels,starting from the development of the national archives undertakings in the new era,this paper aims to explore how the archives management system of higher education institutions can adapt to the new requirements,and effectively integrate into the national comprehensive archives management system through reform and innovation.Furthermore,on the basis of giving full play to the functions of archives and archival work in colleges and universities,it will provide a stronger and better support and guarantee of archives information resources for the healthy development of colleges and universities.
