摘要
目的:评价MaxG强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的疗效及安全性。方法:收集笔者医院2015年9月-2018年9月治疗的60例面部毛细血管扩张症患者,分别给以MaxG强脉冲光治疗(试验组)和M22560nm强脉冲光治疗(对照组)。根据面部血管扩张面积改善程度计算疗效指数。结果:试验组30例患者治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%。两组有效率及皮损清除率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MaxG强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of MaxG intense pulse light on facial telangiectasia.Methods From September 2015 to September 2018,60 patients with facial telangiectasia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with MaxG intense pulse light,while the control group was treated with M22560 nm intense pulse light.The therapeutic efficacy was calculated according to the changes in the area of lesions and the extent of improvement.Results The effective rates in the treatment group and controls were 96.67%and 80.00%,respectively.Both total effective rates and lesion clearance rates were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion Max G intense pulse light is effective and safe for facial telangiectasia.
