摘要
目前关于输电铁塔基础结构安全评价的文献较少。针对输电线路铁塔基础安全评价问题,首先,确定了输电线路铁塔基础安全评价指标体系;然后,采用层次分析法和模糊综合判断法构建了输电线路铁塔基础安全评价模型,详细分析了材料表观、环境及材料等多重指标,建立了一套比较完整的输电线路铁塔基础安全评价方法。采用该方法,先用层次分析法计算指标权重,再用模糊综合判断法进行安全评估。结果表明,输入铁塔基础结构的表观因素、环境因素及材质因素等,可对其各安全影响因素进行分级评价,确定输电线路铁塔基础的安全等级。
The paper is inclined to make an evaluation of the safety for the foundations of the towers of the power transmission line by using the analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method through searching vast numbers of research systematic literature. For this purpose,we have to study and work out the safety assessment method,the evaluation criteria and the evaluation index of the foundations of transmission line towers in a profound way. The so-called safety assessment method here mentioned is referred to the comprehensive procedure of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,whose criteria can be determined by the multiplicity of evaluation indexes and classified with apparent materials and environmental indicators. And,the next,it is also necessary to set up a safety evaluation system for the foundations of transmission line towers based on the aforementioned safety assessment method,the evaluation criteria and evaluation indexes.Based on this system,the weights of all the indexes can be calculated by the analytic hierarchy process firstly. And,secondly,the safety of the foundations of transmission line towers can be evaluated based on the weights of all the indexes. In this transmission line system,it is first of all necessary to bring all the indexes of the apparent materials,the environmental indicators and materials into the safety evaluation system for the foundations of the transmission line towers. And,next,it is also necessary to evaluate and grade all the safety influential factors in accordance with its specific regulations. Thus,finally,their safety levels should be provided in a reliable manner. It is just for this need that we have proposed a reliable safety evaluation system for the foundations of the transmission line towers in this paper to meet the above said needs.
