摘要
为了满足消费者对中高端面膜的需求,将中空度高达80%的木棉纤维与黏胶纤维以不同比例共混,成网后进行水刺加固成水刺非织造材料。从表面形貌、蓬松性、透气性、柔软性、亲水性和液体吸收量等角度对样品进行了性能测试,并与纯黏胶纤维和碱减量改性的木棉纤维水刺非织造材料进行了对比分析。试验结果显示,木棉纤维的加入,可以提高水刺非织造材料的柔软性和面膜精华液的吸收量等性能,表明将木棉纤维开发为面膜基布具有较大的应用价值。
To provide high quality mask to consumers,kapok fibers with 80%hollowness are blended with viscose fibers by different ratio,and then hydroentanglecl into a kind of nonwoven fabrics.The morphology,permeability,bulkiness,softness,hydrophilicity and liquid absorption capacity are tested and analyzed in comparison with pure viscose fibers.The results show that kapok fibers could improve the softness and absorption capacity to mask essence liquid of masks,suggesting that kapok fibers have great potential application in the field of masks.
