基于有限控制集的永磁同步电机模型预测控制方法 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,模型预测控制作为一种优化控制算法,被广泛应用于电机控制领域。其中,永磁同步电机的模型预测控制越来越受到关注。永磁同步电机预测控制主要使用的是基于有限控制集的模型预测控制策略。该方法在确定下一时刻的开关状态时,通常需要遍历所有的开关组合,因而计算量较大,影响实时控制的效果。对此,可以应用一种扇区划分法,通过求出期望电压矢量所在的扇区,进而减少算法在选择开关上需要遍历的开关组合数量。扇区划分法显著降低了有限控制集模型预测控制的计算量。但在同样试验条件下,控制效果相比传统的遍历法较差。使用一种基于最小二乘法的控制策略,可以方便最佳开关状态的选取。通过仿真实例,对几种有限控制集模型预测控制策略的稳态性能与计算量进行了对比。仿真结果表明,在相同试验条件下,最小二乘法的控制效果要优于扇区法。 Recently,model predictive control(MPC),known as an optimal control strategy,has been an emerging method of motor control.MPC of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)becomes more and more popular,which is usually designed based on finite control set(FCS).The conventional FCS-MPC of PMSM needs to traverse all the switch combinations to determine the switch state for the next moment,and thus,the computational burden is heavy,which affects the real-time control performance.With regard to this,a sector division method is proposed to reduce the number of switches,among which the control algorithm needs to traverse.This is due to the fact that the sector in which the desired voltage vector locates is established before traverse.The sector partitioning method significantly reduces the computational complexity of the FCS-MPC.However,under the same experimental conditions,the control effect is worse than the traditional ergodic method.It is convenient to use a control strategy based on the least squares method.This is convenient for the selection of the best switch state.Through the simulation example,several FCS model predictive control strategies are compared in terms of steady-state performance and computational complexity.The simulation proves that under the same experimental conditions,the least squares control effect is better than the sector method.
