摘要
目的比较分析方格星虫不同部位(体壁、体液、内脏)和极性层(乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇)中的脂肪酸组成和含量。方法采用气相色谱–质谱(GC-MS)联用法测定方格星虫(广西北海西村)不同部位和极性层的脂肪酸组成和含量。结果方格星虫不同部位的脂肪酸含量和组成有差异,除了体腔液未鉴定出多不饱和脂肪酸和正丁醇层的单不饱和脂肪酸含量偏低以外,饱和脂肪酸都占总各自脂肪酸总量的一半左右,主要由C14∶0、C16∶0和C18∶0所组成,单不饱和脂肪酸都占各自脂肪酸总量的21.5%~29.8%,其中C18∶1n9和C20∶1n9为主要成分,多不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的相对含量为21.2%~34.6%,其中C20∶4n6的贡献最大,并且还含有一定量的二十碳五烯酸(C20∶5n3,EPA)。结论方格星虫体壁和石油醚层的脂肪酸提取率和鉴定出的脂肪酸比例最高,方格星虫脂肪酸不仅种类多样,而且还有多种重要的不饱和脂肪酸。
Objective To study the fatty acids from different parts and polar layers of Sipunculus nudus and analyze the composition of the fatty acids.Methods The GC-MS method was used to determine the fatty acids contents and compositions in different parts and polar layers of S.nudus.Results The content and composition of fatty acids in different parts and polar layers of S.nudus were different.Apart from the content of monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)in n-butanol layer and the undetected poly unsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)in body fluid,the sums of saturated fatty acids(SFA)were about half of the sum of total fatty acids(TFA),and the SFA was mainly composed of C16∶0 and C18∶0.The MUFA account for 21.5%~29.8%of TFA,and the C18∶1 n9 and C20∶1 n9 were the main component.The PUFA account for 21.2%~34.6%of TFA,and was mainly composed of C18∶2 n6 and C20∶4 n6,and it also contains a certain amount of EPA.Conclusion The extraction rate of fatty acids from the body wall and petroleum ether layer of S.nudus was the highest,and it has not only a variety of fatty acids,but also a variety of important unsaturated fatty acids.
