摘要
以火炬树果穗为原料提取天然染料,对稳定性及其在4种纤维上的染色性能进行了研究。测试纤维直接染色及媒染染色的颜色特征值和染色牢度,探讨了媒染剂对染色效果的影响。结果表明:火炬树果穗染料在酸性条件下比较稳定,有较强的耐热性,对4种纤维均具有良好的染色性能,纤维可获得多种颜色。直接染色和媒染染色纤维的K/S值从大到小均为羊毛、柞蚕丝、牛奶蛋白、大豆蛋白,媒染剂对染色纤维K/S值的影响从大到小为Fe^2+、稀土、Al^3+、Cu^2+。媒染提高了纤维的颜色深度和色牢度,染色纤维各项色牢度均较好。
The natural dye was extracted from the ear of staghorn sumae,the stability and the dyeing properties on four kinds of fibers were studied.The color characteristic value and color fastness of direct dye ing and mordant dyeing were tested,and the influence of mordant on dyeing effect was discussed.The re sults showed that the ear of staghorn sumae dye was stable under acidic condition and had strong heat resis tance,had good dyeing property for all four fibers,and could obtain many colors.The order of K/S value of di rect dyeing and mordant dyeing was wool,tussah silk,milk protein and soybean protein.The influence of mor dants on the K/S value of dyed fibers was in the order of Fe^2+,rare earth,Al^3+,Cu^2+.Mordant dyeing improved the dyeing depth and color fastness.The color fastness of the dyed fiber was better.
