摘要
目的观察比较复方利多卡因乳膏和盐酸奥布卡因凝胶缓解小儿包皮套扎术后疼痛的效果.方法进行小儿包皮套扎术出现术后疼痛>3分的患儿300例随机分为?A、B、C?三组.A组患儿采用口服布洛芬镇痛,不能口服的采用布洛芬塞肛镇痛,B组患儿在A组的基础上加用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶涂抹,C组患儿在A组的基础上加用复方利多卡因乳膏.患儿出现小便痛时,B组尿道口涂抹盐酸奥布卡因凝胶,C组尿道口涂抹利多卡因乳膏.观察并记录三组患儿术后中、重度疼痛例数,用药5、10、15、30min中重度疼痛例数及缓解率以及对缓解小便痛的效果.结果B组和C组患儿5min、10min疼痛缓解率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组5min、10min疼痛缓解率均低于C组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);15、30min疼痛缓解率B、C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).B、C组涂抹药物后,小便疼痛即时缓解率相似,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但起效时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论局部涂抹盐酸奥布卡因凝胶和复方利多卡因乳膏可作为缓解小儿包皮套扎术后的疼痛辅助用药,对缓解小便疼痛有良好效果,但盐酸奥布卡因起效更快.
Objective To observe the effect of Compound Lidocaine Cream and Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel on relieving pain after pediatric circumcision.Methods 300 children with postoperative pain were randomly divided into three groups:group A,B and C.In group A,ibuprofen was used for analgesia,through oral or rectal.In group B,on the basis of the children in group A were added with Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel.The group C added with Compound Lidocaine Cream on the basis of group A.In case of urination pain,albucaine hydrochloride was applied to the urethra of group B,and lidocaine cream was applied to the urethra of group C.The postoperative pain score,pain score of 5,10,15,30 minutes and the effect on urination pain of the three groups were observed and recorded.Results The pain scores of 5 minutes and 10 minutes in group B and C were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain scores of 5 minutes and 10 minutes in group B were lower than those in group C;the pain scores of 15 minutes and 30 minutes in group B and C were not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between group B and group C.Conclusion Topical application of Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel and Compound Lidocaine Cream can relieve pain after pediatric circumcision,especially for relieving the pain of urination,but the effect of orb is faster and better.
