摘要
HDPE装置干燥机加热管频繁泄漏,制约了装置的运行和发展,通过对泄漏原因进行理论分析,并利用静态强度及动态特性测试进一步探究泄漏机理,明确了造成干燥机泄漏故障的主要因素,为干燥机后续改型提供理论基础与优化方案,顺利解决了泄漏难题。
The frequent leakage of the heating pipe of the dryer in HDPE device restricts the operation and development of the device.Based on the theoretical analysis of the causes of the leakage,the leakage mechanism is further explored by using the static strength and dynamic characteristics test,and the main factors causing the leakage failure of the dryer are identified,which provides the theoretical basis and optimization scheme for the subsequent modification of the dryer,and successfully solves the leakage problem.
