摘要
漂浮下套管技术主要应用于大位移井和水平井中,它是在套管柱下部封闭一段空气或低密度钻井液,以减轻整个管柱在钻井液中的重量,从而达到减小摩阻、将套管顺利下入的目的。2019年7月新疆油田公司在吉木萨尔页岩油区块进行了首次漂浮下套管技术实验,本文通过理论与实际结合的方法介绍了漂浮下套管技术原理,以及吉木萨尔页岩油J10028-H水平井的漂浮下套管技术方案、各项施工参数和附件的确定,及最后现场下套管、固井施工的作业情况。虽然最后该井由于井壁失稳垮塌造成套管最终没有下至预定位置,但不可否认的是,漂浮下套管技术仍然是大位移水平井及长水平段井下套管作业的有力保障。该井的漂浮下套管技术作业也为新疆油田后期大位移及类似长水平段井的下套管技术提供了现场经验参考。
It is common that floating casting technology is applied in extended reach wells and horizontal wells.By sealing a section of air or low-density drilling fluid under the casing string,the weight of the casing string could be reduced greatly,so does the friction resistance,so that the casing could be sunk smoothly.The floating casing technology was first carried out in Jimusar shale oil block by Xinjiang Oilfield Company in July,2019.In addition,this thesis mainly introduces the floating casting technology by analyzing the casing technology scheme in Jimusar shale oil J10028-H horizontal well,including the determination of various parameters and accessories,and the fielding casing and cementing operation at final stage.Although the casing did not reach the predetermined position due to the collapse of the borehole wall,it is undeniable that the floating casing technology is still a strong guarantee for the casing operation in extended reach wells and horizontal wells.The floating casing technology operated in this well serves as a perfect field operation reference for the application of this technology in other extended reach wells and horizontal wells in Xinjiang oilfield.
