摘要
目的:分析临床护理路径模式在双相障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的90例双相障碍患者的临床资料,将其随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行临床护理路径模式护理。比较两组临床疗效、HAMD评分、BRMS评分、疾病知识掌握情况及住院时间。结果:护理后,研究组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疾病知识掌握得分为(88.64±6.82)分,高于对照组的(73.76±5.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HAMD及BRMS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径模式应用于双相障碍患者的护理中,能提高患者临床效果,改善心理及精神症状,增强患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,缩短住院时间,应用效果显著。
Objective:To analyse the effect of clinical nursing pathway model in patients with bipolar disorder.Method:The clinical data of 90 patients with bipolar disorder admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received clinical nursing pathway model nursing.The clinical efficacy,HAMD score,BRMS score,disease knowledge mastery and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of disease knowledge mastery in the study group was (88.64±6.82) points,which was higher than (73.76±5.49) points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The HAMD and BRMS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the clinical nursing pathway model to the nursing of patients with bipolar disorder can improve the clinical effect of patients,improve psychological and mental symptoms,enhance the degree of disease knowledge mastery,shorten the hospitalization time,and the application effect is significant.
