摘要
推进工程质量安全手册制度对提升工程质量安全,推动建筑业高质量发展有着重要作用。通过对当前工程质量安全主要问题的分析,再结合手册的主要内容,对湖北省推行手册的做法进行梳理和总结;基于推行手册的具体实践以及取得的阶段性成效和存在的不足,最后从多方面提出推进和落实手册的思考建议。
Promoting the engineering quality and safety manual plays an important role in improving engineering quality and safety and promoting the high-quality development of the construction industry. Based on the analysis of the basic form of the current project quality and safety,combined with the main content of the project quality and safety manual,the main practices of the manual implementation in Hubei Province are summarized and summarized. Then based on the specific practice of implementing the manual and the phased results achieved,the main problems and deficiencies are analyzed,and suggestions for advancing the engineering quality and safety manual are finally put forward.
