摘要
由于跨境民族多,民族文化多样,跨文化人才的培养在云南自贸区建设中显得尤其重要。在阐述跨文化人才需具备扎实的专业知识、一定的国际贸易知识、一定的实践能力、坚定的政治素养以及良好的职业道德5种基本素质的基础上,从加强顶层设计、加强自主培养,实施人才"引进来"和"走出去"相结合,搭建政产学研合作平台,建立跨文化人才智囊库、加强政策扶持5个方面提出跨文化人才的培养路径。
In the construction of free trade zone,due to the diversity of cross-border ethnic groups and ethnic cultures in Yunnan,it is particularly important to train cross-cultural talents. On the basis of expatiating that cross-cultural talents need solid professional knowledge,certain international trade knowledge,certain practical ability,firm political literacy and good professional ethics. Put forward the training path of cross-cultural talents from five aspects: strengthening the top-level design,strengthening the independent training,implementing the combination of talent introduction and going out,building the cooperation platform of government,industry,university and research,establishing the cross-cultural talents think tank and strengthening the policy support.
