摘要
目的探究黄体酮胶囊联合维生素E软胶囊对习惯性流产的治疗效果及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月首都医科大学密云教学医院诊治的130例习惯性流产患者作为研究对象。按照数字随机法分为单药治疗组和联合治疗组,每组各65例。对单药治疗组患者使用黄体酮胶囊进行治疗,对联合治疗组患者使用维生素E软胶囊联合黄体酮胶囊进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后临床症状的严重程度进行评分,统计妊娠结局及分娩孕周,并对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。酶联免疫吸附试验法检测卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素表达水平,化学发光法检测雌二醇、孕酮表达水平,对两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况进行统计对比。结果治疗后联合治疗组患者临床症状积分显著低于单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗后足月产及活产率均显著高于单药治疗组,流产率显著低于单药治疗组,分娩孕周显著高于单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗总有效率显著高于单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组患者FSH、LH、E2、P表达显著高于单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于单药治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用黄体酮胶囊联合维生素E软胶囊对习惯性流产患者进行治疗,能明显改善患者临床症状及性激素表达水平,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of progesterone capsule combined with vitamin E soft capsule on habitual abortion and its effect on sex hormone levels of patients.Methods 130 patients with habitual abortion diagnosed and treated in Miyun District Hospital of Beijing from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study object.According to the method of digital randomization,they were divided into single drug treatment group and combined treatment group with 65 cases in each group.The patients in the single drug treatment group were treated with progesterone capsule,and the patients in the combined treatment group were treated with vitamin E soft capsule and progesterone capsule.The severity of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were scored,the pregnancy outcome and gestational weeks of delivery were counted,and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of FSH and LH,and chemiluminescence was used to detect the expression of estradiol and progesterone.Results The clinical symptom score of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the monotherapy group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of full-term birth and live birth in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the monotherapy group,the rate of miscarriage was significantly lower than that in the monotherapy group,and the number of weeks of gestation was significantly higher than that in the monotherapy group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the monotherapy group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The expressions of FSH,LH,E2 and P in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the monotherapy group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was significantly lower than that in the monotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of progesterone capsule combined with vitamin E soft capsule in the treatment of habitual abortion patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the level of sex hormone expression,with remarkable treatment effect.
