摘要
论文以珠江—西江经济地为例,构建生态环境—区域经济—旅游产业耦合评价指标体系与模型,检验发现:2006—2017年,珠江—西江经济带生态环境、区域经济与旅游产业都明显进步,但发展基础、速度、路径和水平各异;珠江段和西江段区域经济发展水平仍差距较大。生态环境、区域经济和旅游产业耦合度与耦合协调度趋同趋势显著,但总体耦合度与耦合协调水平均较低。究其原因,区域经济和旅游产业两大系统是耦合的关键制约系统,故建议在新时代生态文明建设思想指导下,充分发挥旅游产业的带动作用,扭转区域经济的关键制约身份,以促进珠江—西江经济带的和谐发展。
Taking the Pearl River-Xijiang River Economic Beltas an example,this paper establishes a system and an model of evaluating indexes of the coupling coordination of the ecological environment,regional economy and tourism industry.Testing with this,it is found that,during 2006-2007,the ecological environment,regional economy and tourism industry have been obviously improved,but the foundation,speed,path and level of development are different respectively;that the developing gap of regional economy between the Pearl River Basin and the Xijiang River Basin is quite big and that the coupling and coordination degree of the ecological environment,regional economy and tourism industry shows a noticeable tendency of similarity,but the overall degree of coupling and coordination is relatively low.Because thesystem of regional economy and thesystem oftourism industry are the two vital systems of restriction,it is proposed to fully take the leading advantage of tourism industry and change the restricting role of regional economy under the guidance of the idea of constructing ecological environment in the new era so as to push the coordinating development of the Pearl River-Xijiang River Economic Belt.
