摘要
无症状菌尿(Asymptomatic bacteriuria,ASB)是临床常见的尿路感染类型之一,患者往往无临床症状与体征。如何进行临床判定,是否需要筛查与治疗都是临床关注的焦点问题。本文结合近些年发表的高质量的论文报道,对无症状菌尿的流行病学、发病机制及病原学、诊断标准、临床筛查与诊治的进展作一综述。
Asymptomatic bacteriuria(ASB)is one of the common types of urinary tract infections in clinical practice.Patients often have no clinical symptoms and signs.Criteria of definition and indications for treatment are the key issues of clinical attention.Based on the high-quality papers published in recent years,this article reviews the progress in the epidemiology,pathogenesis and etiology,diagnosis,clinical screening and treatment of asymptomatic bacteriuria.
