饲料中添加磺胺甲恶唑和土霉素对团头鲂生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和组织结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲料中添加磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)和土霉素(OTC)对团头鲂幼鱼生长、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和组织结构的影响。选择平均体重为(3.20±0.09)g的健康团头鲂幼鱼270尾,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。对照组饲喂不添加抗生素的基础饲料,试验组分别在基础饲料中添加0.20%磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ组)和0.25%土霉素(OTC组)。试验期56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,SMZ组和OTC组团头鲂幼鱼的存活率、脏体比和肝体比均无显著差异(P>0.05),但终末体重、增重率、摄食率和饲料效率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)SMZ组和OTC组的血清中谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)SMZ组和OTC组的肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性和谷胱甘肽含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),肝脏中丙二醛含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)SMZ组和OTC组的肠道蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。5)组织切片观察表明,SMZ组和OTC组团头鲂幼鱼肠道组织出现小肠绒毛形状不规则且杯状细胞减少现象,肝脏组织则出现部分细胞胞浆疏松或空泡状现象。综上所述,饲料中添加过量的抗生素会抑制团头鲂幼鱼的生长和抗氧化能力,并不同程度地改变肝脏和肠道组织结构。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)and oxytet racycline(OTC)on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant ability and tissue structure of juvenile Megalobrama amblycephala.A total of 270 juvenile Megalobrama amblycephala with an average body weight of(3.20±0.09)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.Fish in the control group were fed a basal diet without antibiotic,and others in experiment groups were fed the basal diet supplemented 0.20%sulfamethoxazole(SMZ group)and 0.25%oxytetracycline(OTC group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the survival rate,viscerosomtic index and hepatosomatic index of juvenile Megalobrama am blycephala of SMZ group and OTC group had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the final body weight,weight gain rate,feed rate and feed efficiency rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)The activities of alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase in serum of SMZ group and OTC group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The superoxide dismutase and catalase activities and gluta thione content in liver of SMZ group and OTC group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the liver malondialdehyde content was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The activities of protease and lipase in intestine of SMZ group and OTC group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).5)The observation of tissue section showed that the irregular intestinal villus shape and goblet cells decreased in intestinal tissue of juvenile Megalobrama amblycephala,and the partial hepatocytes with cytoplasmic loosening or vacuolation in SMZ group and OTC group.In summary,dietary excessive antibiotic can inhibit the growth and antioxidant ability of juvenile Megalobrama amblycepha la,and change the structure in liver and intestine in different degrees.
