摘要
目的探析中医护理干预对肛周脓肿术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年12月在我院接受手术治疗的90例肛周脓肿患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理干预。比较两组的疼痛评分、疼痛消失时间、止痛药物使用率及护理满意度。结果观察组术后1~3 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛消失时间短于对照组,止痛药物使用率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予肛周脓肿手术患者中医护理干预,可缓解患者的疼痛程度,缩短疼痛感持续时间,减少止痛药物用量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on postoperative pain of perianal abscess.Methods Ninety patients with perianal abscess who underwent surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The pain score,time of pain disappearance,utilization rate of painkillers and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results At 1-3 days after operation,the pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the utilization rate of painkillers was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for perianal abscess patients can alleviate the pain,shorten the duration of pain,reduce the dosage of painkillers and improve the nursing satisfaction.
