分析了柠檬酸铁铵的特殊性,解释了为什么没有测定食用盐中柠檬酸铁铵含量的统一方法,比较了几种生产企业测定食用盐中柠檬酸铁铵含量的方法,并讨论了方法的利弊。
This paper analyzes the particularity of ammonium ferric citrate,explains why there is no uniform method for the determination of ammonium ferric citrate in edible salt.several methods for the determination of ammonium ferric citrate in edible salt.their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
