摘要
目的:观察王不留行籽耳穴压豆联合乳房按摩促进产后泌乳及催乳素分泌的临床效果。方法:选取110例分娩产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各55例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用耳穴压豆联合乳房按摩,评估2组各时间点血清催乳素水平、初始泌乳时间、母乳喂养成功率、泌乳量充足率、乳房胀痛程度及泌乳有效率。结果:产后1 d、2 d、3 d,研究组的血清催乳素水平均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,研究组母乳喂养成功率、产后泌乳量充足率、泌乳有效率更高(P<0.05),初始泌乳时间更短,乳房胀痛率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:王不留行籽耳穴压豆联合乳房按摩措施能促进产妇产后乳汁分泌,显著提高其血清催乳素水平,提高产妇母乳喂养成功率与泌乳量充足率,缓解其乳房胀痛感,促进新生儿生长发育,值得借鉴。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing with beans of semen vaccariae combined with breast massage promoting postpartum lactation and the secretion of prolactin. Methods: A total of 110 cases of parturients after delivery were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was treated with auricular point pressing with beans combined with breast massage. The levels of prolactin in serum at each time point,the initial lactating time,the success rate of breast feeding,the sufficient rate of the amount of lactation,the degree of mammary swelling pain and the effective rate of lactation in the two groups were assessed. Results:On the 1 st,2 ndand 3 rdday after delivery,the level of prolactin in serum in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.01). Compared with those in the control group, the success rate of breast feeding,the sufficient rate of the amount of lactation and the effective rate of lactation in the study group were higher(P<0.05);the initial lactating time was shorter, and the rate of mammary swelling pain was lower, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of auricular point pressing with beans of semen vaccariae combined with breast massage can promote postpartum milk secretion,significantly improve the level of prolactin in serum,the success rate of breast feeding and the sufficient rate of the amount of lactation,alleviate mammary swelling pain and promote the growth and development of newborns,which is worthy of reference.
