摘要
目的观察消毒湿巾对重症监护病房(ICU)环境物体表面清洁消毒效果。方法采用现场采样和细菌分离技术,对某消毒湿巾消毒ICU物体表面的效果进行观察。结果用含季铵盐类消毒剂的湿巾擦拭消毒ICU物体表面,共采集6类环境表面标本960份,物体表面耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(CRABA)总体阳性率由消毒前的17. 92%下降到消毒后的0. 83%。某医院4个ICU中,以呼吸内科ICU消毒前物体表面耐药菌检出率最高,达48. 33%,用消毒湿巾消毒后检出率都显著降低。结论消毒湿巾应用于ICU环境表面的清洁消毒效果显著,可有效降低物体表面耐药菌污染水平。
Objective To observe the effect of disinfectant wipes on the cleaning and disinfection of intensive care unit( ICU) environmental surfaces. Methods The disinfection effect of a disinfectant wipes on ICU object surface was observed using on-site sampling and bacterial celture separation technology. Results The ICU object surfaces were wiped with a wet wipe containing a quaternary ammonium disinfectant. A total of 960 specimens were collected from 6 types of environmental surfaces to make the overall positive rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) and carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii( CRABA) on object surfaces before disinfection decrease from 17. 92% to 0. 83% after disinfection.Among the 4 ICUs in a hospital,the detection rate of drug-resistance bacteria on object surfaces before disinfection in ICU of respiratory medicine was as the highest as 48. 33%,and the detection rates were significantly reduced after disinfection with disinfectant wipes. Conclusion Disinfectant wipes have a significant effect on cleaning and disinfecting the ICU environmental surface,which can effectively reduce the contamination level of drug-resistance bacteria on the object surface.
