The concept of green development proposed by president Xi Jinping is the essence of the spirit of the times in the view of Party members in China.It is also the guiding values for the missions and tasks in the new era,showcasing the responsibility of China shoulders to lead the trend of global civilization in the modern times.The concept of green development adheres to the bottom line of high-quality development and environment protection.It follows the path of the development mode of the integration of uplifting production,pursing the well-beings of ordinary people and a sound eco-system,providing Chinese solutions and wisdom for promoting global ecological governance.
