热致变色沥青及混合料路用性能研究

摘要 为改进沥青路面夏季温度高,冬季热量损失快的现状,采用红、蓝、黑三种热致变色粉末制备热致变色沥青,并且利用三大指标实验、动态剪切流变实验(DSR)、低温弯曲流变实验(BBR),探究热致变色沥青的性能,推荐掺量。在此基础上,利用车辙试验,低温小梁试验和残留稳定度试验探究了热致变色沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果证明:热致变色粉末的加入,不仅起到了降温作用,而且力学性能也有所增强。热致变色沥青作为路面温度调节材料具有很大应用前景。 In order to counter the current situation of high temperature in summer and fast heat loss in winter, red, blue and black thermochromic powders were used to prepare thermochromic asphalt, and three major index experiments, dynamic shear rheological experiment(DSR) and low temperature bending rheological experiment(BBR) were used to explore the performance of thermochromic asphalt, and the recommended dosage was recommended. On this basis, the rutting test, low temperature beam test and residual stability test were used to explore the road performance of the thermochromic asphalt mixture. The experimental results show that the addition of thermochromic powder can not only reduce the temperature, but also enhance the mechanical properties. Thermochromic asphalt has a great application prospect as the temperature regulating material of pavement.
