Li^+离子共掺SrWO4:5%Tb^3+绒球的制备及其荧光性能

Preparation and Fluorescence Properties of Fluff Sphere-like Srwo4:Tb^3+ Co-doping with Li^+

摘要 以氧化铽、硝酸锶、硝酸锂、二水合钨酸钠为原料,酒石酸钾钠为辅助剂,采用水热法制备了Li^+离子共掺SrWO4:5%Tb^3+微米绒球。利用XRD、SEM以及PL对产物进行表征。探讨了辅助剂用量、金属Li^+离子共掺等因素对SrWO4:5%Tb^3+荧光材料的结构、形貌以及荧光性能影响。结果表明:合成样品主相均为四方晶系SrWO4:Tb^3+结构,形貌为微米级绒球;酒石酸钾钠与(Sr^2++Tb^3+)的摩尔比为1.5∶1时,荧光粉的荧光性最佳;适量金属Li^+离子共掺,可提高SrWO4:Tb^3+的荧光强度。 Fluff sphere-like SrWO4:Tb^3+ were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis,using potassium sodium tartrate as assistant agent,and Tb4O7,Sr(NO3)2,LiNO3,Na2WO4·2H2O as row materials.XRD,SEM and PL were used to characterize the structure,morphology and fluorescence properties of the samples.Fluorescence properties,structure and morphology of SrWO4:Tb^3+ phosphor were studied by adding adjuvants with different molar and doping different molar ratio Li^+.The results showed that all the synthesized samples were pure tetragonal system SrWO4.SEM indicated that the morphology of the as-prepared SrWO4:Tb^3+ is uniform fluff sphere-like with a diameter of 1-3μm.It was observed that the fluff sphere-like SrWO4:Tb^3+ synthesized under hydrothermal condition at 180℃ for 12 h exhibited the strangest luminescence intensity as the molar ratio of C4H4KNa·4H2O to(Sr^2++Tb^3+)was 1.5:1.The luminescence intensity of SrWO4:Tb^3+ was improved by co-doped of 4% Li^+.
