摘要
国内外对标准化工作高度重视,标准化战略已经成为我国的国家战略。在卫生健康领域,标准化工作对推动医疗卫生服务高质量发展发挥重要的技术支撑作用。健康中国战略的实施和“互联网+医疗健康”的发展对医疗卫生行业标准提出了更高要求。我国与国际组织或主要欧美发达国家相比,在标准的定位和范围上存在一定的差异。我国部分医务人员存在将标准与其他技术文件相混淆的问题。本文基于我国医务人员对标准认知的现状及分析,通过分析比较国内外标准的定义和范围,旨在进一步明确我国标准的定位和范围,完善我国标准体系规划和布局提供参考。
Standardization has been highly valued at home and abroad,and standardization strategy has become Chinese national strategy.In the area of Health,standardization plays an important technical supporting role in promoting the high-quality development of health services.The implementation of Healthy China strategy and the development of“Internet+Health”have raised higher requirements for medical and hygienic standards.The definition and types of standards in China are a little different,as compared with international organizations or major developed countries in Europe and America.Some Chinese health practitioners’do not know the exact definition of standards.Based on Chinese health practitioners’cognitive status of standards,this paper aims to provide reference for further improving China’s standard system by analyzing and comparing the definition and type of standards at home and abroad.
