农田行驶工况下拖拉机振动特性研究 被引量:7

Research on vibration characteristics of tractor driving on the farmland

摘要 为更了解国产拖拉机的振动情况,对拖拉机行驶在不同工作路面条件下的振动特性进行研究。以CF700拖拉机为研究对象,测试拖拉机分别行驶在水田、小麦秸秆田、稻秸秆田和田间小路四种不同的农田道路上时的振动加速度。试验过程中,对拖拉机前桥、后桥、驾驶室底板与座椅位置纵向、横向和垂向共4个位置8个方向的振动加速度进行测试。结果得到,同等条件下,拖拉机在水田行驶时的振动加速度均方根值最小,在水稻秸秆田行驶时的振动加速度均方根值最大;加速度功率谱的峰值频率主要集中在1~5 Hz,垂向的峰值频率一般大于纵向和横向的峰值频率;前、后轮动载荷系数随速度的增加而增大,均在安全行驶的范围内。该研究为后期设计适合国内路面情况的拖拉机减振装置提高理论依据。 To know more about domestic tractor vibration situation, vibration characteristics of the tractor working in different road surface were studied. Taking the CF700 tractor as the research object, the vibration acceleration of tractor driving in four kinds of typical farmland including paddy field, the wheat straw field, the rice straw field and the farm track was tested. The test contains front axle and rear axle of a tractor in the vertical direction, cab, and seat in vertical, longitudinal and lateral direction. Results show that the acceleration RMS increases with the increasing of speed when tractor work in four kinds of typical farmland with different speed;In the same condition, the tractor is the most comfortable when driving in the paddy field, and the vibration acceleration RMS value is the maximum while tractor driving in the rice straw field. The peak frequency of acceleration PSD is mainly concentrated in 1~5 Hz, The peak frequency of vertical greater than the peak frequency of longitudinal and lateral direction. Front and rear wheel dynamic load coefficient increase with the increase of the speed, and they are within the scope of the safety. The study provides an important basis for the later development of tractor vibration reduction device suitable for domestic road conditions.
