摘要
本文对6063铝合金型材在准静态压缩时裂纹的产生原因进行分析。合金时效后,粗晶层变厚,析出相分布不均,尺寸较大,在压缩过程中变形量不同进而产生切应力,导致撕裂状裂纹出现。为此,本文从合金元素和挤压工艺等方面提出减少裂纹的合理性建议。
The causes of cracks in 6063 aluminum alloy profiles during quasi-static compression were analyzed in this paper.Since the coarse crystal layer of alloy after aging was more than thick,and the distribution of precipitation phase was uneven and the size was large,so the shear stress was generated for different deformation in the process of compression,and then resuiting in tear crack in alloy.In addition,the rationality suggestions for solving crack were proposed from the alloy elements and extrusion process.
