摘要
电解水是一种新型的环保型消毒剂,通过具有电解槽的特殊设备来电解水和氯化钠而制得。从物理杀菌和化学杀菌2方面阐述了电解水的杀菌原理,并介绍了其在防治农作物病害、促进生长、提升品质、改良土壤、杀菌保鲜、降解农残等方面的效果。电解水具有制备简单、杀菌高效、无残留毒性、对人体无害、对环境无污染等优势,值得在农业领域大力推广。
Electrolyzed oxidizing water is a new type of environmental friendly disinfectant.It is electrolyzed with water and sodium chloride by a special equipment with an electrolytic cell.The sterilization principle of electrolyzed oxidizing water was expounded from aspects of physical sterilization and chemical sterilization.And the effects of electrolyzed oxidizing water on preventing crop diseases,promoting growth,improving quality,enhancing soil,sterilizing and retaining freshness,and degrading pesticide residues were introduced.Electrolyzed oxidizing water has the advantages of simple preparation,high sterilization efficiency,no residual toxicity,harmlessness to the human body,no pollution to the environment and so on.It was worthy of vigorous promotion in the agriculture.
