摘要
目的探讨心脏康复在老年冠状动脉慢血流(CSFP)中的临床应用要点。方法选取自2018年1月至2019年1月石家庄市第一医院收治的109例老年CSFP患者为研究对象。按照治疗方法不同将患者分为A组(n=56)与B组(n=53)。A组采用常规药物治疗;B组在A组基础上采用心脏康复治疗。比较两组患者心率、血压的变化情况、心电图检查疗效及心绞痛疗效。结果两组患者静息时的心率、血压、心率血压乘积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者运动时心率、血压、心率血压乘积均显著高于B组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者心电图疗效评价有效率为62.50%(35/56),低于B组的94.34%(50/53),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者心绞痛疗效评价有效率为64.29%(36/56),低于B组的94.34%(50/53),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年CSFP中的应用心脏康复应注意患者的心率、血压、心率血压乘积等变化情况,定期进行心电图的检查,保证患者心脏康复的临床应用效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application main points of cardiac rehabilitation in elderly patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon(CSFP).Methods A retrospective study was performed on 109 cases of patients with CSFP who were admitted from January 2018 to January 2019.Patients were divided into Group A(n=56)and Group B(n=53)according to different treatment methods.Patients of Group A were treated with conventional drugs,patients of Group B were performed cardiac rehabilitation.The changes of heart rate,blood pressure,electrocardiogram(ecg)and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in resting heart rate,blood pressure and product of heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).During exercise,the product of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate and blood pressure in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of electrocardiogram efficacy evaluation in Group A(62.50%,35/56)was lower than that in Group B(94.34%,50/53),P<0.05.The effective rate of angina pectoris in Group A(64.29%,36/56)was lower than that in Group B(94.34%,50/53),P<0.05.Conclusion During the clinical application of cardiac rehabilitation in elderly patients with CSFP,it is necessary to pay attention to the changes of patients′heart rate,blood pressure and product of heart rate and blood pressure,and conduct regular ecg examination to ensure the clinical application effect of cardiac rehabilitation.
