摘要
虚拟仿真技术逐渐应用到食品专业教学过程中,本文探究仿真技术在切达干酪制作工艺教学中的应用。3D虚拟场景使学生直观感受发酵乳制品的生产环境,通过2D与3D场景结合了解机械设备的操作及动态控制,掌握切达干酪加工工艺及关键控制点。虚拟仿真技术弥补发酵乳制品实验教学在时间和空间上的局限,将切达干酪制作工艺与生产实际结合,提高学习兴趣,为食品专业应用型人才培养开拓新的教学思路。
Virtual simulation technology is gradually applied to the teaching process of food specialty.This article explores the application of simulation technology in the teaching of Cheddar cheese processing technology.The 3d virtual scene makes the students feel the production environment of fermented dairy products directly.Through the combination of 2D and 3D scene,they can understand the operation and dynamic control of mechanical equipment and master the processing technology and key control points of Cheddar cheese.The virtual simulation technology makes up the limitation of time and space in the experiment teaching of fermented dairy products,combines the cheddar cheese making technology with the production practice,improves the study interest,and opens up a new teaching idea for the cultivation of applied talents in food specialty.
