原子吸收光谱法测定热障涂层中痕量铁的不确定度分析

摘要 利用原子吸收光谱法测定热障涂层用红宝石柔性线材中痕量铁。通过建立数学模型,对检测过程中不确定度的主要来源进行分量量化计算,评估痕量铁测定不确定度的主要影响因素,并计算了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,最终给出热障涂层中痕量铁的检测结果。 Trace iron in Ruby flexible wire for thermal barrier coating was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.After the determination of trace iron content,a mathematical model was established.The uncertainty for the determination of trace Fe in ruby flexible wire for thermal barrier coating by atomic absorption spectrometry was analyzed.The sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed.Through the calculation,the main component influence of the uncertainty was evaluated and discussed.It was indicated that the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty for the determination of Fe concentration were reported.
