摘要
近年我国动物卫生监督执法工作尽管取得一定成效,但在实际执法工作开展中普遍存在监督机制不完善、工作人员专业水平低、检疫检验缺乏规范性等问题,难以保证市场动物制品安全。因此,需要认真分析动物卫生监督执法存在的问题,以构建针对性的解决对策,更好地促进动物卫生监督执法工作开展。该文主要论述动物卫生监督执法工作存在的问题及工作对策。
In recent years,although China's animal health supervision and law enforcement work has achieved some success,there are many problems in the implementation of the actual law enforcement work,such as imperfect supervision mechanism,low professional level of staff,lack of standardization in quarantine inspection,etc.,it is difficult to guarantee the safety of animal products on the market.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems in animal health supervision and law enforcement,so as to construct the corresponding countermeasures and promote the implementation of animal health supervision and law enforcement.This paper mainly discusses the problems and countermeasures of the Animal Health Supervision and law enforcement work.
