摘要
针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,大学生群体中出现的网络责任意识缺失问题,分别从网络自我责任、网络他人及社会责任、网络国家责任3个方面进行了总结和原因分析。从实践角度,以预防疫情期间大学生的网络责任意识缺失问题发生,纠正大学生网络责任失范行为为目的,提出新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间开展网络责任意识培养的三重路径,即宣传三个方面,强化三个意识和鼓励三个行动,促使大学生将网络责任意识内化为自身追求,外化为实际行动。
In view of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the lack of network responsibility awareness among college students has been summarized and analyzed from three aspects: network self-responsibility, network responsibility to others and society, and network responsibility to nation. Three practical paths are analyzed to promote the cultivation of network responsibility consciousness, and to prevent the lack of network responsibility awareness among college students during the epidemic period. They are promoting three aspects, strengthening three consciousnesses and encouraging three actions, to help college students to internalize the network responsibility consciousness into their own pursuit and externalize it into practical action.
