摘要
采用水培方法,以紫花苜蓿为实验材料,研究了铁营养水平对紫花苜蓿吸收镍的影响。通过在缺铁的条件下培养紫花苜蓿,然后分别在两个低高浓度镍下处理紫花苜蓿,与正常植株相比,缺铁培养能够显著提高植物的镍富集量;不同的供铁浓度培养,结果显示,紫花苜蓿镍的积累量都呈现先上升后下降的趋势;不同缺铁时间培养,结果显示,紫花苜蓿镍积累量都具有先上升后下降的趋势。紫花苜蓿对镍具有一定的耐受性,而且其具有生物量大、生长周期短、一年可以收割多次等特点,在镍富集的总量上比超富集植物镍富集总量更大。因此,在植物治理的土壤镍污染中,将紫花苜蓿作为重金属镍污染的修复植物具有巨大的潜力,很有研究价值。
Using hydroponics method and alfalfa as experimental material,the effect of iron nutrition levels on nickel absorption by alfalfa was studied.Cultivate alfalfa under iron-deficient conditions,and then treat them with two low and high concentrations of nickel,compared with normal plants,iron-deficient cultivation can significantly increase the nickel enrichment of the plants;The results are shown by different iron supply concentrations,the accumulation of nickel in alfalfa showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;The results showed that the nickel accumulation of alfalfa had a tendency of rising first and then decreasing after being cultured at different iron-deficiency times.Alfalfa has a certain tolerance to nickel,and its large biomass,short growth cycle,and can be harvested multiple times a year,the total amount of nickel enrichment is greater than that of super-enriched plants.Therefore,in the treatment of soil nickel pollution,using alfalfa as a heavy metal nickel pollution remediation plant has great potential and great research value.
