摘要
要保障油田老旧住宅小区消防安全,首先要清楚油田矿区住宅小区的分布与建设概况,掌握油田住宅小区消防现状及存在的消防安全问题、产生问题的主要原因等,才能应对油田老旧小区消防问题,有效提升油田住宅小区消防安全管理水平,预防火灾事故发生及减轻事故造成的后果。
To safeguard the fire safety in the oilfield old residential district,one needs to know the distribution and construction of oilfield residential districts and grasp their fire situation and the fire safety problems and the main cause to control the fire problem in older communities,effectively improve the fire safety management level,prevent fire accidents and reduce the accident consequences.
