摘要
Hippo信号通路是哺乳动物调节器官大小、细胞生长分化的重要通路之一,在癌症的发生和转移中扮演重要角色,其核心成员MST、LATS、YAP/TAZ参与调控多种器官以及肿瘤的血管生成。本文对Hippo通路在肝癌血管生成过程中的作用做一综述,为探索肝脏肿瘤血管的生成机制以及寻找更加有效的肝癌治疗靶点提供参考。
Hippo signaling pathway is one of the important pathways regulating organ size and cell growth as well as differentiation in mammals,and plays an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of cancer.Its core members,MST,LATS,YAP/TAZ,are involved in the regulation of various organs and tumor angiogenesis.This paper reviews the role of Hippo pathway in the angiogenesis of liver cancer,which provides references for exploring the angiogenesis mechanism of hepatic tumor and finding more effective therapeutic targets for liver cancer.
