摘要
针对行人检测时行人外观易受外界因素影响导致检测效率低的问题,从特征提取和分类器设计两个方面对近年来国内外出现的行人检测算法进行综述.首先对影响行人检测率的处理方法进行分类,然后将行人特征分为单一特征、自学习特征和融合特征,结合支持向量机和Adaboost两类分类方法,从算法复杂度和检测效率等方面对这些算法进行分析和比较.最后提出行人检测技术中存在的问题,给出一些建设性意见,并对该技术的未来进行展望.
Aiming at the problem that the appearance of pedestrians is easily affected by external factors which leads to low detection efficiency,the pedestrian detection algorithms in recent years at home and abroad are summarized from two aspects of feature extraction and classifier design in this paper.Firstly,the processing methods that affect the pedestrian detection rate are classified.Then,the pedestrian features are divided into single feature,self-learning feature and fusion feature.Combined with support vector machine and AdaBoost,these algorithms are analyzed and compared in terms of algorithm complexity and detection efficiency.Finally,the problems in pedestrian detection technology are proposed,some constructive suggestions are given,and the future of this technology is prospected.
