葵花托盘替代不同比例苜蓿草粉对獭兔生长性能、胴体肉品质及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of sunflower tray substituting different proportion of alfalfa powder on growth performance,carcass quality and blood biochemical parameters of Rex rabbit

摘要 【目的】探索葵花托盘替代苜蓿草粉对獭兔生产性能、血液生化指标和经济效益的影响.【方法】将采食量和日增重无差异的32只獭兔随机分成4个处理组(各组公母比例相同),每组8个重复,其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组饲喂用葵花托盘分别替代基础饲粮中50%、70%和100%苜蓿草粉的饲粮,测定其生产性能和血液生化指标,并分析其经济效益.【结果】在试验期1~70 d,对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ平均日采食量分别为88.68、88.39、86.16、79.10 g;平均日增重分别为20.37、19.93、22.00、19.42 g;饲料转化率分别为4.35、4.44、3.92和4.07.试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的平均日采食量、平均日增重和饲料转化率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).净肉率对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为36.61%、33.49%、40.10%和41.89%,其中,试验组Ⅲ显著高于对照组和试验组Ⅰ(P<0.01),试验组Ⅱ显著高于试验组Ⅰ(P<0.01),显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ差异不显著(P>0.05);全净膛率对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为52.10%、52.03%、53.19%、51.69%;半净膛率对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为56.33%、56.14%、56.43%和55.51%.全净膛率和半净膛率试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组均差异不显著(P>0.05).肌肉a~*对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为3.78、-0.16、-0.27、-0.27,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),肌肉L~*、b~*、熟肉率、嫩度、失水率和pH试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).血液生化指标中,GLU的含量对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为5.37、5.83、7.23、6.77 mmol/g,试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ极显著高于对照组和试验组Ⅰ(P<0.01).其他血液生化指标试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组的增重效益分别为15.89、14.72、18.13、14.68元/只.【结论】用葵花托盘替代70%的苜蓿草粉饲喂獭兔具有较好的饲喂效果,且经济效益显著. 【Objective】In order to explore the effect of sunflower tray replacing alfalfa meal on rex rabbit production performance,blood biochemical index and economic benefit.【Method】The experiment randomly selected 40 rabbits(half male and half female)which were weaned at 40 days old and had good health status and similar weight,and conducted a 10-day pre-test before the start of the experiment.During the period of the pre-test,the rabbits fed with basic diets,and measured their daily intake and daily weight gain.Then,32 rabbits were selected from the group with no difference in daily intake and daily weight gain,randomly divided into 4 treatment groups(with the same proportion of males and females in each group),and each group had 8 repetitions.Among them,the control group was fed basic diet,test group I,II and III fed the fodder of sunflower tray to replace 50%,70%and 100%alfalfa powder in basic diet,respectively.Then,the production performance and blood biochemical indexes were determined,and analyzed its economic benefit.【Result】The results showed that during the period of 1 to 70 days,the average feed intake of control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 88.68,88.39,86.16 and 79.10 g,the average daily weight gain was 20.37,19.93,22.00 and 19.42 g,the feed conversion rates were 4.35,4.44,3.92 and 4.07,respectively,and there were no significant among each treatment groups(P>0.05).Net meat percentage of the control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 36.61%,33.49%,40.10%and 41.89%,respectively.Among them,the test groupⅢwas significantly higher than the control group and test group(P<0.01),the test group II was significantly higher than the test groupⅠ(P<0.01),and significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere not significant(P>0.05).Eviscerated percentage of the control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 52.10%,52.03%,53.19%and 51.69%,respectively.Semi-eviscerated percentage of the control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 56.33%,56.14%,56.43%and 55.51%,respectively.And eviscerated percentage and semi-eviscerated percentage was not significant(P>0.05)in the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲcompared with the control group.Muscle a~*of the control group and test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere 3.78,0.16,0.27 and 0.27,and the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere significantly lower than the control group.Muscle L~*,b~*,cooked meat rate,tenderness,water loss rate and pH were no significant in the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲcompared with the control group(P>0.05).In blood biochemical parameters,content of GLU of the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand control group were 5.37,5.83,7.23 and 6.77 mmol/g,respectively,the test groupⅡ,Ⅲwere significantly higher than control group and the test group I(P<0.01).Other blood biochemical parameters of the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere no significant with the control group(P>0.05).The weight gain benefits of test groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand control group were 15.89,14.72,18.13 and 14.68 yuan/unit,respectively.【Conclusion】Considering comprehensively,it is better to feed rex rabbits with sunflower trays instead of 70%alfalfa meal,and economic benefits are significant.
