摘要
中药是中医学理论中的重要组成部分,中药的“望、闻、问、切”四法,通过调动身体的各个感官,眼看、鼻闻、口尝、手摸感知药物,推断中药药性和功效,其中的“切”法,是通过手来感知中药。以手抚药可获得药物的寒热之感,其寒热之感与药性之间的关系,可简单概括为“温热者性温热,寒凉者性寒凉”“温热者辛而甘,寒凉者酸苦咸”“温热者浮而升,寒凉者沉而降”。该关系对于认识药物的个性和共性以及临床实际用药有实际指导意义。而就“切”法本身而言,于中药理论与实践均具重要意义,尚可通过课堂及临床教学两种方式来加快其推广应用。
Chinese materia medica is an important nart of TCM.The four methods of"inspection,smelling,asking and pressing"of TCM can be use!to inler the properties and efficacy of herbs,by mobilizing various senses of the body,such as inspecting,smelling,tasting,and feeling the herbs.The feeling of cold and heat can be obtained by touching herbs,herbs with warm feeling have the property of pungent and sweet,and herbs with cold feeling have the property of sour,bitter and salty.Herbs with warm feeling have the features of floating and ascending,herbs with cold feeling have the features of sinking and descending.These relationships have practical significance for understanding the individuality and commonness of herbs to guide the clinical applications of them.In terms of pressing method,it is of great significance to the theory and practice of Chinese materia medica.
