摘要 选用碳纳米管(CNTs)作为补强填料,研究了CNTs的用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化特性、力学性能、压缩永久变形、耐磨耗性能及导热性能的影响,并表征了CNTs在EPDM中的分散情况。结果表明,随着CNTs用量的增加,胶料最小转矩和最大转矩增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间变小;胶料的拉伸强度随着CNTs的增加先增大后减小,撕裂强度逐渐变大,拉断伸长率逐渐减小,且在高温拉伸条件下力学性能有所下降,但变化率随着CNTs的增加而逐渐减小;加入CNTs后,胶料的压缩永久变形逐渐变大,耐磨性能和导热性能逐渐变好;通过扫描电子显微镜观察断裂面发现,CNTs在胶料整体分散均匀,但局部存在团聚现象。 In this paper,carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were used as reinforcing fillers.The effects of different amounts of CNTs on the vulcanization properties,physical and mechanical properties,compression set,abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity were investigated.And the dispersion of CNTs in EPDM was characterized.The results show that the minimum torque and maximum torque of the rubber compound increase with the increase of the amount of CNTs.The scorch time and the positive vulcanization time are gradually reduced.The tensile strength of the CNTs compound increases first and then decreases.The tear strength gradually increases.The elongation at break gradually decreases and the mechanical properties drop under high temperature tensiletest.However,the rate of change decreases with increasing CNTs.After adding CNTs,the compression set of the rubber material gradually becomes larger,and the abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity become better.Being observied the fracture surface by an electron scanning microscope,the CNTs uniformly disperse throughout the rubber compound,but agglomeration occurs locally.
