摘要
目的:分析个性化护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者情绪状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2019年7月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的乳腺癌手术患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组进行常规围术期护理,观察组则进行个性化护理干预。比较2组护理前后的情绪状态焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)及睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果:护理后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预可有效改善乳腺癌手术患者的负面情绪,提升患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of personalized nursing intervention for emotional state and sleep quality of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with breast cancer surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group were with personalized nursing intervention during perioperative period.Then the emotional state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after the nursing and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI scale)]of two groups were compared.Results:The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of observation group after nursing,were lower than those of the control group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer can effectively improve their negative emotions and sleep quality,so it is worthy of clinical application.
