摘要
研究山东省日照市山钢电缆隧道预制方涵的钢绞线后张法预应力施工,分析钢绞线成束及安装、校核张拉千斤顶及压力表、钢绞线理论伸长值计算、预应力筋张拉等过程,针对预制方涵构件中所用钢绞线张拉特点总结出针对性的预应力筋伸长值计算公式;通过研究钢绞线预应力张拉方式,减少了预应力损失值;对后张法预应力施工中的常见问题提出解决措施。
This paper studied the stranded wire post-tensioned prestressing construction of prefabricated square culverts for Shandong Iron and Steel Group cable tunnel project,analyzed binding and installation of stranded wires,calibration of stressing jack and pressure gauge,calculation of theoretical elongation of stranded wire,and stretching of prestressed steel,and built the specific formula for prestressed steel elongation according to the stretching characteristics of stranded wire used in prefabricated square culvert member;prestress loss was reduced after analysis on the prestressing mode of stranded wires;relevant measures were proposed for frequent problems in post-tensioned prestressing construction.
