摘要
【目的】为了研究苹果幼树间作芳香植物对土壤碳库的影响。【方法】空白(CK)、清耕(Tr1)、间作苜蓿(Tr2)、间作薄荷(Tr3)、间作薄荷与苜蓿(Tr4)共5个处理,测定土壤总有机碳、易氧化有机碳、可溶性有机碳等不同形态有机碳含量及碳库管理指数。【结果】间作芳香植物提高土壤中总有机碳、可溶性有机碳以及易氧化有机碳含量,相比清耕分别平均提高了3.83%,14.74%,8.43%,苹果幼树根际土中总有机碳含量提高了19.23%,可溶性有机碳含量提高了91.69%;碳库管理指数提高了24.78%。【结论】间作芳香植物可以有效提高土壤各形态有机碳含量,改变土壤碳库组分,加强碳储存。
【Objective】 The experiment is to study the effect of intercropping aromatic plants in apple treelet on soil carbon pool. 【Method】 A total of 5 treatments, including blank control(CK), clear cultivation(Tr1), intercropping Medicago sativa(Tr2), intercropping Mentha arvensis(Tr3), and intercropping Medicago sativa×Mentha arvensis(Tr4), were performed to determine soil total organic carbon, readily oxidizable carbon, and dissolve organic carbon and other forms of organic carbon content and carbon pool management index. 【Results】 Intercropping aromatic plants increased the total organic carbon, dissolve organic carbon and readily oxidizable carbon content in the soil, which increased by 3.83%, 14.74%, and 8.43%, respectively, compared to clear cultivation. The total organic carbon content of the apple treelet rhizosphere soil increased by 19.23%, and dissolve organic carbon content increased by 91.69%. Carbon pool management index increased by 24.78%. 【Conclusion】 Intercropping aromatic plants can effectively increase the content of various forms of organic carbon in the soil, change the composition of the soil carbon pool, and strengthen carbon storage.
