摘要
阐述了石墨烯的特性以及应用,介绍了石墨烯材料的不同检测方法,包括元素分析法、扫描电子显微镜法、激光共聚焦显微镜法、比表面积(BET)、热重分析(TGA)、比热容、激光法测导热系数、拉曼光谱(Raman)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等。
Characteristics and applications of graphene were explained,several testingmethods ofgraphene were introduced,including element analysis,scanning electron microscope,laser confocal microscope,specific surface area(BET),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),specific heat capacity,thermal conductivity measured by laser method,Raman spectra,atomic force microscope(AFM),transmission electrons microscope(TEM),etc.
